Abortion

It's pretty easy to have a position on one of the most challenging and important issues the nation is facing, but my position is that we should find a solution that will make the most people settle into the reality they'll allow that to be the solution and not protest or try to change it anymore.

If that seems like I'm skirting the issue entirely, I'm actually looking at the issue differently in that the nation needs to direct its passion on this subject to find a solution, which will involve lots of direct conversation between factions that disagree immensely.

For the issue of abortion to find a solution, we need to talk more, and with each other, and promptly, and that's where I see the Federal government failing miserably - not being able to address the issue with any passion itself.

Addressing the issue would involve directly involving those who want a woman to have complete control of her body from conception to birth, and those who view conception as the start of a life and want to protect that life immediately regardless of the woman who is carrying the life within her.

Other nations are able to find a solution that involves both sides having the least amount of protest involved, American should be able to do this, too.
